Privacy Policy

Your Way Vacay, LLC ("we," "us") is an independent travel agency in the Avoya Travel Network. This policy explains what information we collect on www.yourwayvacay.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Free guide signup: your first name, email address, and when you're hoping to travel.
- Trip quote request: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, plus the trip details you select (trip type, travel month, number of travelers, and any discount categories you check, such as military, 55+, past guest, teacher, or police/fire).
- Traveler story: your name, email address, where and when you traveled, your story, how you'd like to be credited, your photo permissions, and any photos you upload. Photos you send us by email or text are covered by the same permissions.
We don't ask for payment details, passport numbers, or other sensitive information on this site.
How we use it
- To give you the free guide and send you occasional travel deal emails.
- To respond to your quote request by email or phone and put together trip options for you.
- To check which discounts you may qualify for when we price your trip.
- To review the traveler stories you send and, with your permission, feature them on our website and social media with the name credit you chose. We never post your email address or last name, and we'll remove a featured story if you ask.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Wix.com, which hosts this site and stores form submissions for us.
- Google, which provides the analytics tool described under "Cookies and site services" below.
- Travel suppliers such as cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators, only when needed to quote or book a trip you've asked us about.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies and site services
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are most helpful. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you found the site, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type. We don't use it to identify you, and we've turned off Google's advertising features, so this site doesn't use advertising cookies. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Our hosting provider (Wix) and the web fonts we load (Google Fonts) may also receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you visit. Their own privacy policies cover that information.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying to ask us, or calling us.
- You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've given us.
Keeping it safe
Form submissions are sent over a secure (HTTPS) connection and stored in our Wix account, which only our team can access. We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
