These terms explain how Your Way Vacay, LLC works with you. By using this website, asking for a quote or booking travel with us, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, just ask.

1. Who we are

Your Way Vacay, LLC is an independent travel agency in the Avoya Travel Network. We book travel on your behalf with cruise lines, tour companies, resorts, airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers. We don't operate the ships, hotels, flights or tours ourselves, and each supplier is responsible for the services it provides.

2. Supplier terms apply to your booking

Every supplier has its own terms, including deposit, payment, cancellation, change and health and safety policies. Those terms apply to your booking. We'll point you to them, and we recommend reading them before you book and again before you travel.

3. Prices and availability

Prices, promotions and availability can change until the supplier confirms your booking.
A quote doesn't hold space. Space is confirmed once the supplier accepts your deposit or payment.
Taxes, port fees, government fees and other charges may apply in addition to the fare.
We don't charge booking fees.

4. Payments

When you book, you authorize us to submit your payments to the supplier. Payments are processed by the supplier, so the charge appears under the supplier's name on your statement, not under Avoya Travel or Your Way Vacay. You're responsible for meeting the supplier's payment deadlines.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the supplier's policies. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees often increase as departure gets closer. Some changes, including taking advantage of a lower price, may require cancelling and rebooking under the supplier's rules.

6. Travel insurance

Travel insurance isn't included in your booking unless you buy it. We'll offer you travel insurance options and strongly recommend coverage that fits your trip. If you decline coverage, you accept the financial risk of cancellations, delays, medical costs and other losses it might have covered.

7. Passports, visas and travel documents

Each traveler is responsible for having the right passport, visas and other documents for every country and port on their trip, and for meeting any health or entry requirements. Check the U.S. State Department, the governments of the countries you're visiting and your cruise line or tour operator. Requirements can change, so check again before you travel. A supplier can deny boarding to anyone without proper documents.

8. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, your travel advisor may text you about your quote, booking, payments and trip. These are personal messages from your advisor, not automated marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. If you'd rather not receive texts, reply STOP or tell us, and we'll stop texting you. We don't share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We act as your agent in arranging travel with suppliers. Neither Your Way Vacay nor the Avoya Travel Network is responsible for the acts, errors or omissions of suppliers, or for schedule changes, cancellations, weather, natural disasters, strikes, illness, injury, loss or damage outside our control. Our responsibility is limited to the services we provide directly.

10. Using this website

This website is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy its content, use automated tools to collect information from it, or interfere with how it works. Text, images and design on this site belong to Your Way Vacay, LLC or our partners and may not be reused without written permission. Our travel guides are general information and were checked against official sources when written. Rules and offers change, so confirm details with the supplier or official source.

11. Links to other websites

Our site links to cruise lines, government agencies and other websites for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
