On your phone: download the free Tern for Travelers app and sign in with the email address you use with us.
On your computer: open the itinerary link your advisor emailed you. Can't find it? Just reply to your advisor's last email and ask them to resend it.

Keep your passport details, loyalty numbers, dining and accessibility needs, and emergency contact current so we can book faster and get everything right.
Fill in what you have. You can come back and update it anytime, like when you get a new passport.
